Please Close the Door.
You thought you could never listen to “Let it Go” again… It started with the “not arrogant” “Good Looking Parents” and it has just (the opposite of) blossomed from there. Search You Tube — there are more covers of the cover and parodies of the parody than you can count. Here are the original and one of my favorites. What’s your favorite? Feel free to comment because, “Love is an Open Door” after all.

Resurrection Sunday
This inspirative poem was written as a funeral sermon by James Weldon Johnson (1871-1938), known for composing the lyrics to “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” (what some refer to “The Black National Anthem”) and also for being the first African American professor at NYU. It is herein presented as my Happy Easter greeting to all who celebrate.
Perhaps a tad politically incorrect, but so funny.
And now announcing… the El Paso Chihuahuas are my favorite AAA team. #CC
