“Old Marley was as dead as a door-nail. Mind! I don’t mean to say that I know, of my own knowledge, what there is particularly dead about a door-nail.”

Bocelli/Foster/Muppets | God Bless Us/Jingle Bells

I can watch “A Christmas Carol” any time.  My favorites…
–Cartoon… Mr. Magoo’s Version
–Stage Play… Patrick Stewart’s One Man Show
–Musical… 1970… “Father Christmas,” “Thank You Very Much,” so many classic songs; great songs in Magoo’s also.
–Classic…  with Alstair Sim
–TV Series… Six Million Dollar Man (carving the tombstone with a bionic finger nail = priceless.)
–Dicken’s would probably like best… Jim Carrey/Disney Version (most accurate and entertaining)
–Honorable Mention… Muppet Version
–If I could only have one on my island… Carrey’s version.

Dickens was a genius.
